Innate obtained planning consent for this rear extension and alterations to the patios and hard landscaping for this home in Oxted. We delivered this project on site with G Nicholls Builders, handling project management and contract administration throughout the build to ensure the finishing touches were in line with the clients' expectations, from the built-in storage to the patio slabs.
