As part of the Haskoll Architects team, Maria led the design of this development from feasibility options through the planning and construction process. Spanning across several years and a number of planning and listed building applications, the project included a cafe design, a large retail unit, and a new modern entrance for an ageing shopping centre, providing external public realm for a new restaurant. She liaised directly with the landlord, local authority, town council and contractor.
