BLUEHOUSE LANE, OXTED

Innate obtained planning consent for this garage conversion and rear extension in Oxted. Delivered by 6 Sides Construction, this design converted disused garage space into a home office, sauna with shower and a games room with bar. A subtle front elevation presents a unified facade with the existing house whilst the rear view is much more modern, matching an existing rear extension on the house and facing onto the pool. The design evolved throughout the planning and construction process in order to accommodate planning restrictions, client preferences and changing construction costs.
