Innate acted as architect and project manager for this single storey rear extension to a terraced house in Oxted. The 3 metre extension was carried out under Permitted Development and completely transformed the ground floor of this home for the clients, who have needed the extra space for their expanding family. The new open plan layout makes the ground floor light and airy, with views to the well landscaped rear garden from the moment you enter the home.
