GREENWICH BUILDS
2019-2020
Completed whilst employed by Fuse Architects, Maria managed the design and planning from feasibility through successfully gaining consent for 14 family homes across five sites for Greenwich Council for their Greenwich Builds development programme. These homes are entirely for social housing, and include a number of wheelchair accessible houses, with all due to be completed by early 2021 and occupied by local residents in need.
